Refund policy

Digital Products and Online Courses

Customers may request cancellation within seven days of purchase if course access or use has not begun. By requesting or accepting immediate course access, the customer agrees that delivery of the service may begin immediately.

Once a course has been accessed, streamed, downloaded or otherwise used, purchases are generally non-refundable. We will, however, consider refunds where content is defective, materially different from its description, inaccessible because of a problem on our side, or where a refund is required by law.
